We are not liable for any damage caused due to improper care instructions, weak or deteriorating fabrics, or preexisting stains or damage.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your items, accidents can happen. In the rare event that an item is lost, damaged, or misplaced, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will conduct a thorough investigation and work towards a resolution, which may include reimbursement or replacement of the lost or damaged item.

Any personal property left in pockets or attached to garments is your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage to or loss of personal items left in garments.
